Processing Time & Dispatch
We offer worldwide delivery and dispatch all orders safely and securely within 2 business days, using a tracked mail service. Shipping times are estimated and commence from the date of dispatch, rather than the date of your order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email If you don’t receive it please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it can end up in there. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us via the contact form and we’ll get back to you within 3 business days.
Please note that we only ship on business days, so orders placed after 16.00 GMT on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. The shipping estimates specified on product pages are based on average shipping times of previous orders, and cannot be guaranteed. These estimated timelines can be particularly longer during the season of winter holidays, when logistic systems across the world are at the peak of their capacity. This means that, if you want to minimize chances of delays, make sure to place your order well in advance.

Delivery Costs & Duties
Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To get an accurate delivery cost for your order please add your chosen products to the cart and head to the checkout.
Depending on the shipping country and their local customs regulations, duties, fees and taxes may be applicable. These costs are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local courier or government agency to enable you to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Calendar of Happiness, may be charged before, on, or after delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at the time of purchase. Calendar of Happiness team is not responsible for the loss of any orders sent to an incorrect address.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries if the address provided is incorrect. If you are using PayPal, or other payment platform, please ensure that the shipping address on your account is up-to-date and correct prior to placing your order.
If a mistake has been made, please contact our team via the contact form immediately after you have placed your order and we will do our best to help. However, please understand that due to our fast dispatch times and customer service availability this isn’t always possible.

Returns & Refunds
Please feel free to return your calendar within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and in a sellable condition. You will need to pay for the return postage and we strongly suggest you use a signed for option as we can’t issue a refund until we receive the goods and have checked that they are in good condition. Whether your journal is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or you were unable to collect your item from the local post office or you simply didn’t want it anymore, we will only refund you the cost of the goods and not the shipping.
